A gorgeously styled hotel-type room with a queen bed and single sun bed in Scandinavian style. Views of the stars and the ocean from in bed. High quality doona with vintage linen cover. Seeing the penguins
Walk to the beach at dusk to see cute penguins come out of the water to walk to their nests. Sometimes you will see them in the car park at night as though they are discussing their day out fishing. They make nests in spring time under the building, so the noises you might hear are evidence that they like to stay at Beachend too! I recommend going on a Bicheno penguin tour to learn more about them.
